The concept

A contractor that does the unglamorous half of mining — moving worthless material so somebody else can reach the valuable part. The site is built as the thing such a company actually sends a client: a tender dossier. Fixed contents rail on the left, numbered clauses on the right, real rate tables with right-aligned figures. It is the least decorative build in the library, and that restraint is the brand.

Typeface: Syne 700/800 display — a French grotesque with unusually wide, blunt terminals that reads as heavy plant rather than fashion. IBM Plex Mono 300 for *all* body copy, not just the data. A dossier is typed, not designed; running the whole document monospaced is what makes the form convincing.
Cursor — Survey-stake cursor: - Survey-stake cursor. A stake in --iron with a --dust flag that snaps out on hover with a slight overshoot (cubic-bezier(.34,1.6,.64,1)). - Sideways dust canvas behind the whole page — particles drifting laterally in three depth bands, not rising. Matches the convoy's horizontal logic. - Per-character heading with staggered outward-in entrance, idle sine, and per-character scroll offset from centre.
