Typeface

Jost (geometric, Futura-like — architectural) for display, light weights + wide tracking · Inter for body. Different from the serif / condensed / grotesk templates before it.

Cursor

- Bespoke cursor: a small amber square frame (architectural viewfinder) that trails and scales up into a filled square with a "VIEW" label over projects — a drafting motif, not a circle. - Wide-tracking type reveals, editorial row hovers (indent + amber), scroll reveals, subtle parallax on the feature image, count-ups. Reduced-motion + touch safe.

Layout

1. Hero — full-bleed portrait twilight video (immersive, centre-crop on desktop), thin architectural cross-lines overlay, lower-left copy: eyebrow "Architecture & Bespoke Homes", headline "Quietly extraordinary.", CTA "Start a project". 2. Manifesto — a short philosophy line + a stat row (projects, awards, years). 3. Selected works — an EDITORIAL LIST (project name · location · year), not repeated photo cards, with one large feature image. Rows reveal + amber index numbers. 4. Process — Brief → Design → Build (3 quiet steps). 5. Image band — the villa still + a one-line manifesto. 6. Start a project CTA · footer.
