Terms of sale
These are the terms you agree to when you buy a template or start a subscription. They are written to be read rather than to be survived, and if any part of it is unclear, ask and it gets rewritten.

01Who you are buying from
Scura is operated by GJ Jansen van Vuuren, trading from South Africa. Contact is gj@scura.studio, and that address reaches a person rather than a queue.
02What you are buying
Scura sells website templates as source files, together with the build prompts behind them and the hero video prompts used to make their footage. Everything is digital. Nothing is shipped.
- Monthly and Annual give access to every template in the library, every prompt, and new templates as they are released, for as long as the subscription is active.
- Single template is a one-off purchase of one template and its prompts, bought outright.
What you may do with the files is set out separately in the licence, which forms part of these terms.
03Prices and payment
Prices are charged in South African rand. Any figure shown in another currency is a conversion for your convenience and is not the amount charged. The rand amount on the pricing page is what leaves your card.
Payments are handled by PayFast and Yoco. Scura never sees or stores your card details.
Your bank may add a currency conversion or international transaction fee. That is between you and your bank, and Scura receives none of it.
04Subscriptions, renewal and cancelling
Monthly subscriptions renew every month and annual subscriptions renew every year, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account, and cancelling stops the next renewal.
When a subscription ends you keep any files you have already downloaded, under the licence that applied when you downloaded them. You lose access to the library and to new releases.
05Refunds
Because everything here is digital and available immediately, access begins as soon as you pay. By buying, you are asking for that access to start straight away.
If something is genuinely broken, missing, or not what the page said it was, email gj@scura.studio and it will be fixed or refunded. That is a promise about the product being what it claims, not a trial period.
Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live, and where those rights conflict with these terms, your legal rights win.
06Your account
Keep your login details to yourself. Subscriptions are for one person or one business, and sharing an account so that others can download the library is the one thing that will get an account closed.
07What Scura does not promise
Templates are supplied as they are. They are built and tested carefully, but no website template can promise a particular commercial result, a search ranking, or that it will suit a purpose you had in mind but did not describe.
You are responsible for what you publish with them, including any content you add, any claims you make, and any law that applies to your own business.
08If something goes wrong
Where the law allows a limit to be set, liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before the problem arose. Nothing limits liability for fraud, or for anything the law does not permit to be limited.
09Changes to these terms
These terms can change, and the date at the top says when they last did. A change never applies backwards to a purchase you have already made. If a change materially affects an active subscription, subscribers are told before it takes effect.
10Law
These terms are governed by the law of South Africa. If you are buying as a consumer elsewhere, you keep the protections of your own country’s law.
Questions about any of this go to gj@scura.studio. A real person answers.
