Legal
Licence
The short version: build whatever you like with these, for yourself or for paying clients, and change any of it. The one thing you cannot do is sell the templates on as templates.

01What the licence covers
Everything you download from Scura: the template source, the build prompt behind it, and the hero video prompt used to make its footage.
02What you may do
- Build a website for yourself or for your own business.
- Build websites for paying clients, and charge whatever you charge.
- Change anything. Rewrite the code, replace the type, swap the palette, gut it entirely.
- Use the build prompts to generate further work of your own.
- Keep using anything you downloaded, after a subscription ends, on this same licence.
Monthly and Annual cover an unlimited number of sites. A single template purchase covers one live site.
03What you may not do
- Resell, redistribute or give away the templates or prompts as files, including inside another template pack, marketplace listing, course or membership.
- Publish the build prompts publicly. They are the part that took the work.
- Share an account so other people can download the library.
- Present the templates themselves as a product you made, as distinct from a site you built with one, which is entirely fine.
The line is simple. Selling what you build with it is the point. Selling it as a template is the one thing that is not allowed.
04Credit
No credit or attribution is required anywhere. You do not have to mention Scura on a site you build, and there is no badge to keep in the footer.
05Third-party material
Templates use openly licensed fonts and original or licensed footage. Where a template includes placeholder imagery, that imagery is there to show the layout working and is not licensed for you to publish. Replace it with your own or your client’s.
If you ever believe a template contains material that should not be there, email gj@scura.studio and it will be checked and, if there is a problem, removed. Templates have been withdrawn for exactly this reason before.
06If the licence is broken
Redistributing the templates ends the licence and closes the account. Sites you have already built for clients in good faith are not affected, because taking a client’s live site away over a dispute with their developer would punish the wrong person.
Questions about any of this go to gj@scura.studio. A real person answers.
