Cursor — BALANCE WHEEL

A spoked ring that oscillates back and forth on a sine wave (Math.sin(t)*32°) exactly like an escapement balance. The single most on-theme cursor in the set — it *is* the movement.

Layout

Full-bleed movement hero ("Somebody has to look after it.") → Services (4 cards, each with **real from-price and turnaround**) → The Process (4 numbered rows: free assessment → written quote → the work → return & warranty) → Trust (insured / nothing outsourced / parts kept) → figures → assessment CTA. Positioning hook: "Never sent away" — the whole page sells the anxiety-removal of handing over something irreplaceable.
